Westbury Alfa Romeo / Maserati, part of the VIP Automotive Group, is looking for motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Professionals to join our team. Automotive Sales Responsibilities

As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will:

• Meet and greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Conduct effective vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
• Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business
• Follow up with internet, phone, showroom, and previous customers
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM
• Work closely with the Sales Managers, BDC, and Finance Department
• Stay current on Alfa Romeo, Maserati, and competing vehicle products
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery

What We're Looking For

• Automotive sales experience preferred, but motivated candidates with strong sales or customer service experience are encouraged to apply
• Luxury automotive sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with customers both in person and by phone
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
