Required Skills & Experience Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school. Valid pharmacist license in the state of New Jersey. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Basic knowledge of pharmacy software and technology.

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Pharmacist to join our team in New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and supporting the pharmacy team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and storage.
• Conduct medication therapy management and review patient medication histories.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of all medications dispensed and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Assist in managing inventory, including ordering, stocking, and checking for expired medications.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with pharmaceutical practices and regulations.

$100,000 - $110,000 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
